I must say that what you are doing makes me so proud to be your son. (not like I wasnt anyways) I want you and dad to know that you guys are the best parents anyone could ever hope for. I try to use your actions to find strength when I am down. Please never give up this fight because the impact is obvious to anyone who reads these comments. Thank you for teaching me how to forgive. As Mark Twain said "Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heal that has crushed it." I love you!

I'm very sorry for what happen to your daughter I truly understood that Drinking and Driving do not get along just like oil and water don't get along. I have never drank in my life and I would never do it. Your story made me open my heart and see that we are not perfect that every single one of us human beigns make mistakes, mistakes that can be devastating like killing people for stupid decisions. I enjoyed your visit you made at my Drivers Ed class in Freedom High. I hope you can come again with Eric Smallridge so you can both talk about this terrible story. I truly admire you for forgiving the person that killed your daughter is not easy to forgive a person who you know killed your family member. I respect you. Thank You for making me see the world in a different way now.

You came to my school with a message and the message had a big impact on me. As a teenager there are mistakes that are made. Many lessons to be learned, and many obsticles to overcome. I admire you for the efforts that you take to help teens learn about what the effects of DUI are, and what may happen. God bless you and your beautiful daughter.
