Message: Dearest Renee, This past week, you visited Shorecrest and spoke to our Upper Division students. I have a Freshman and a Senior who both attended and were profoundly affected by your message. They were shocked, they were sad, they were moved and I hope as only a mother can hope, that they have been influenced to make good choices. I cannot get close to your pain, but even from where I am, it is heartbreaking. So thank you for being willing to remain in that place inorder to try to save our children and their families, from the tragedy you all have suffered. What a beautiful way to celebrate Meagan. I am wrapping my arms around you in grateful appreciation with a prayer for all of our children. Chris Duerson

Message: Ms.Renee, thank you so much for sharing your story at our school. Your forgiveness is truly an inspiration to all. Your story had me and my friends crying. Seeing the car in the parking lot let reality set in. You are such a strong person! Much love to you and your family.
