Message: I heard your story on the JOYFM the other day.I am amazed at how your family handled everything. As a Christian we are taught to forgive, but when you hear stories like this, you ask yourself if you could do the same. God Bless your family.
PS Is there a DVD with this story on it, I would like to show it to our youth at church. There is more than one lesson in this story.

Thank you for sharing your tragic story in order to save the lives of others from many aspects. I truly believe the events we experience in life happen because we are called by God to use it for a greater good and you are a wonderful example. Love & Hugs!

Message: Just want to say that I have you and your family in my prayers. I loss my 22 year old daughter to a drink driver Nov. 2010. It was her BF and my husband, her twin sister and I forgave him and we found peace in that forgiveness. TY so much for sharing your story, it has make me feel like I'm not alone in this. Message: I am so sorry for your incredible loss. I can't even begin to image what you have been through. The true strength and courage you show to the world is inspirational! Until today, I did not know the reason behind what I do. I am a driver education teacher, and the reason I do this job is because I have lost too many friends and family to drivers that made bad choices! You are a true hero! Thank you for what you do and please keep doing a wonderful job!!!

Message: Your story was on Inside Edition this evening and I just wanted you to know that I admire what you are doing. I am a recovering alcoholic with 13 years of sobriety and thank God each day for His grace. There were more times than can be counted when I could have been Eric. That you found forgiveness and a way to turn such a horrible tragedy into something helpful and good is a testament to your heart. I bet your daughter is smiling in heaven. God bless you, dear lady.
